Founded in 2014 as the Law Offices of Gabriel C. Mbanefo, P.C., our US division has successfully assisted hundreds of businesses across various industries with a broad spectrum of commercial matters. Entrepreneur Legal® UK

Established in 2022, our UK division provides non-reserved legal services in England and Wales. All legal services are executed by highly rated, experienced solicitors authorized and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Our team in the UK adheres strictly to the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, ensuring the delivery of reliable and ethical legal assistance.

Gabriel Mbanefo

Founder and Director

Gabriel Mbanefo is the visionary behind Entrepreneur Legal®. He is a dual-qualified business lawyer, admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and an Attorney of the New York State Bar. Gabriel brings a wealth of experience in commercial law, corporate law, international trade law, business taxation, and trademark law. His legal expertise spans both the US and the UK , providing invaluable insights and strategic advice to entrepreneurs and businesses.

Gabriel’s career is marked by a global perspective, having lived and worked in both the US and the UK. He has advised clients in over 25 countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Israel, Poland, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, and Brazil. His contributions to the legal field have been recognized by The Top 100 Magazine, listing him among the Top 100 US Attorneys in 2020.
