Founder and Director
Entrepreneur Legal was founded by Gabriel Mbanefo, a dual qualified business lawyer (Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and an Attorney of the New York State Bar). Gabriel has extensive experience in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, international trade law, business taxation, and trade mark law, both in relation to laws in England and Wales and the United States.
