Entrepreneur Legal provides a broad range of expert legal services geared primarily towards startups, investors and SMEs that have, or would like to have, business dealings in the United States and/or the United Kingdom.

Entrepreneur Legal currently delivers these services through two entities:

  • Law Offices of Gabriel C. Mbanefo, P.C. (t/a Entrepreneur Legal™ US); and
  • Entrepreneur Legal Ltd (t/a Entrepreneur Legal® UK)

Entrepreneur Legal™ US was opened in 2014 and has since assisted 100s of businesses in multiple industries with a wide range of commercial matters. It currently provides the US Legal Services referred to on this website.

Entrepreneur Legal® UK started providing non-reserved legal services in England and Wales in 2022 and currently delivers the UK Legal Services described on this website. Entrepreneur Legal® UK ensures that all UK Legal Services it delivers are performed, on its behalf, by highly rated, experienced solicitors that are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and comply with the Code of Conduct for Solicitors, a copy of which can be located at SRA | SRA Standards and Regulations | Solicitors Regulation Authority. 

Gabriel Mbanefo

Founder and Director

Entrepreneur Legal was founded by Gabriel Mbanefo, a dual qualified business lawyer (Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and an Attorney of the New York State Bar). Gabriel has extensive experience in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, international trade law, business taxation, and trade mark law, both in relation to laws in England and Wales and the United States. His international experience extends across the globe, having lived and worked in both the US and the UK, and having advised entrepreneurs and businesses based in over 25 countries, including the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Israel, Poland, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, and Brazil. In the US, he has been listed among the Top 100 US Attorneys by The Top 100 Magazine (2020).
